Summary
The Power Platform-Dynamics Specialist partners with IT, business teams, and external service providers to deliver scalable business systems solutions that support manufacturing processes, application tracking, and data analysis. This role combines Power Platform development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration to improve business processes, analyze product design changes, document system requirements, and support a modern ERP platform in partnership with the Business Systems Team.
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and maintains Power Platform automations using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Integrates Power Platform tools with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Supports and maintains Power Platform tools and integrations.
- Monitors, analyzes, and optimizes Microsoft Dynamics 365 operations and user data queries.
- Provides Microsoft Dynamics 365 support for engineering and development process change orders.
- Gathers requirements, configures systems, documents processes, tests solutions, and supports training.
- Creates and maintains SharePoint sites, permissions, and standards.
- Performs other business systems duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Three years of experience managing a mainstream ERP system in an administrative or analyst role and a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
- Familiarity with writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to take direction, accept constructive feedback, and communicate diplomatically when reviewing others’ work.
- Experience supporting ISO, SOX, or other compliance standards preferred.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to document requirements and systems clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information, maintaining boundaries, and escalating issues appropriately.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, support change, and contribute to process improvement in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Power Platform Developer - Dynamics 365 I: $89,000-$100,000 annually
- Power Platform Developer- Dynamics 365 II: $95,000-$115,000 annually
- Target Cash Bonus of 5% of earned wages, depending on level.
