Job DetailsJob Location: 0056 St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, Camas - Camas, WA 98607Salary Range: $23.00 - $24.00 HourlyColumbia River Catholic Preschool and Kindergarten is a small school.  We are seeking a Preschool and Kindergarten Aide/Teacher for a half-day program, beginning fall of 2026. Must be a practicing Catholic.  The position will require strong classroom management skills, and the ability to drive successful relationships with teachers and students.    QualificationsQualifications:  At least 18 years of age; successful background check  Possession of strong classroom management skills, and the ability to work independently with support from classroom aide  The ability to build student confidence in classroom activities and foster social relationships among peers  The ability to model desirable classroom behavior  The ability to bring the love of Jesus Christ to children through engaging age-appropriate activities  The ability and desire to support families and children in living out their faith  The desire for a strong and purposeful community, and the willingness to look for ways to nurture it  Be committed to maintaining personal, professional development to meet minimum diocesan and state standards for educators and staff  Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)  Physical/Mental:  Requires coordination and manual dexterity, normal mental and visual ability; ability to lift as required in a normal office environment  Required Activities: Walking, sitting standing, stooping, reaching, talking, handling, hearing, carrying, and keyboarding    Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
