We are looking to hire 2 Early Career (L1) Technicians focusing on either Epitaxy or AMAT Producer toolset 5 days a week (M-F) on Swing Shift schedule

Required Skills: 

•Strong work ethic and ability to work both in team setting and independently with excellent attention to detail 

•Effective verbal and written communication 

• Critical thinking and problem solvingin a high-volume production facility 

•Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials 

•Wafer fab experience or knowledge of semiconductor processing 

•Ability to be adaptable,self-motivate, and learn new skills 

•Familiarity with basic SPC terms, methods and concepts 

Description of Job: 

•Sustain either Epitaxy or Producer toolset, by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots through DMR system, addressing equipment issues, and performing process tuning.

• Provide manufacturing support by running ERFs and DOEs created by process owner

•Monitor the health of the production line by reviewing and responding to process trends using SPC. 

•Determine root cause of process issues and make improvements. 

• Able and willing to move to one of the compressed work week shift once business need conclude

Education:  

  Required:  Highschool degree or GED 

  Preferred:  2 or 4 year degree in a technical discipline

Differential:  12% 

Compensation: 15.96 - 19.95 - 23.94 USD Hourly

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $23 to $29.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors 

  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.  

  • Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Sick Leave law.
