Sonic Summary

The Cambridge City Primary & Specialty Care Physician position is a full-time hospital-employed role located in a Rural Health Center.
The team consists of 1 DO and 1 NP, with office hours from Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 5 pm, and Friday from 7 am to 4 pm.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary and eligibility for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), along with an excellent benefits package.
Candidates must be board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine, with experience open to newly trained and practicing physicians.
An Indiana Medical License is required, and certifications in BLS/ACLS must be maintained.
