How You Will Achieve More:
We areĀ seekingĀ an experienced and visionaryāÆStrategic AccountsĀ DirectorāÆto lead the enablement and optimization of treatmentĀ sitesĀ delivering our transformativeĀ CRISPRĀ therapy to patients.Ā Reporting to theĀ Senior Director,Ā Strategic Accounts Team LeadĀ this role will lead a new team of 6 to 8 strategic accountĀ liaisonsĀ who will profile and prioritize treatment sites pre-launch including stakeholder mapping,Ā capabilityĀ and capacity assessments, and developing care pathways supporting the patient to product journey.Ā Following launch, this role will ensure this team leads treatmentĀ pull-through including procurement, delivery, and administration of therapy.Ā The ideal candidate brings a strong background inĀ treatment site activation, cross-functional leadership, and a passion for building infrastructure that supports patient access toĀ one-time therapies.Ā

Team Leadership & DevelopmentĀ
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Strategic AccountĀ LiaisonsĀ focused on activating treatment sites, building operational care pathways, and infusion capabilities to ensure pull-through and administration of Intellia therapiesĀ
Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans to support team growth and success.Ā

Strategic LeadershipĀ
Define and drive the strategy for treatment site enablement, ensuring alignment withĀ sales, medical,Ā patient services,Ā marketing, commercial operations,Ā andĀ market accessĀ
Develop a roadmap for treatment centerĀ activation, operational excellence, and long-term scalability.Ā
Serve as a thought leader and internal advocate for treatment center needsĀ Ā
Cross-Functional CollaborationĀ
Partner withĀ Sales, Medical Affairs,Ā Market Access,Ā Marketing,Ā CommercialĀ Operations, and Patient Services to ensure seamless treatment centerĀ activation andĀ support.Ā
Represent the treatment center function in leadership forums and strategic planning discussions.Ā
Partner with commercial leadership toĀ provideĀ updates on performanceĀ and site activationĀ
Operational ExcellenceĀ
Oversee the development and implementation of standardized processes for treatment centerĀ profiling, qualification, and trainingĀ
Monitor treatment center performance and drive continuous improvement in key metrics such as turnaround time, compliance, and capacityĀ utilization.Ā
Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards across all treatment center activities.Ā
External EngagementĀ
Build andĀ maintainĀ strong relationships with treatment center leadership, includingĀ C-suite, P&T committee members, pharmacy leadership, and revenue cycle managers.Ā
Serve as a senior point of contact for escalations, strategic partnerships, and long-term planning with key institutions.Ā
Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and working groups related toĀ treatment site readiness and enablement.Ā

Deep understanding of the stakeholder ecosystem within treatment sites including health systems, IDNs, and hospitalsĀ
Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and influence across a matrixed organization.Ā
Experience launching and scaling capabilitiesĀ for complex,Ā high-cost, buy-and-bill therapiesĀ
Results-driven self-starter withĀ a strong senseĀ of accountability, performance orientation, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.āÆĀ
Organized and logical with a high degree of flexibility and adaptabilityāÆāÆĀ
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities, with a high degree of flexibility to pivot as neededĀ
Bachelorās degree in life sciences, business, healthcare administration, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD)Ā a plus.Ā
10+ years of experience in biotech/pharma,Ā health systems,Ā and treatment site activation for high-cost, buy andĀ bill,Ā HCP administered therapies, with at least 3ā5 years in a leadership role.Ā
Ideally, the candidate will have experience with one-time therapiesĀ

The base salary for this position is expected to range between $225,000.00 - $275,000.00 USD per year.The salary offered is determined based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant education and training, overall related experience, specialized, rare or in-demand skill sets, internal comparators and other business needs. Upon joining Intellia, your salary will be reviewed periodically and additional factors such as time in role and performance will be considered. Intellia may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Additional compensation includes a performance-based annual cash bonus, a new hire equity grant, and eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards the value of which are determined annually at the Companyās discretion.
