How You Will Contribute:Ā
Duties will include the following, under the manager's supervisionĀ
Financial Reporting:Ā AssistĀ in preparing monthly financial reports and analyses forĀ BioLifeāsĀ management.Ā
Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting process and quarterly financial forecasts through data collection and analysis.Ā
Data Analysis: Conduct variance analysis toĀ identifyĀ trends andĀ provideĀ actionable insights for financial performance.Ā
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to gather financial information and ensure consistency in financial data.Ā
Ad-hoc Projects:Ā ParticipateĀ in special finance-related projects andĀ assistĀ in financial modeling andĀ analysis.Ā
Presentation Support: Prepare materials for meetings with leadership and stakeholders, summarizing key financial data.Ā

Job Requirements:Ā
Educational Background: Must be pursuing aĀ BachelorāsĀ degree (junior or senior) or a Masterās/PhD in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Ā
Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles, withĀ proficiencyĀ in financial modeling and Microsoft ExcelĀ
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to interpret and analyze financial dataĀ
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting findingsĀ

Internship Eligibility
MustĀ be authorized toĀ work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorshipāÆ
Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026Ā or laterāÆ
The internship program is 10-12 weeksĀ depending on the two start dates (May 26th-August 14thĀ or June 15th- August 21st)
The intern must be able to commit to one of theseĀ time frames
Able to work full timeĀ 40 hoursĀ a week during internship datesāÆāÆ
