The primary responsibilities for the Food & Beverage Attendant include, but are not limited to:Â Â
Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Â
Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional mannerÂ
Take food and beverage out to the buffet accurately and efficiently for replenishingÂ
Deliver meals and drinks to tables or guests in designated areasÂ
Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and service areasÂ
Set up and clear dining areas before and after serviceÂ
Restock supplies and assist in inventory controlÂ
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle paymentsÂ
Follow hygiene, safety, and quality control standardsÂ
Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely serviceÂ
Support other team members to keep service running smoothlyÂ
What are we looking for?
In addition to performance of key responsibilities, this position may be required to possess a combination of the following skills and experiences:Â Â
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)Â
Strong communication and people skillsÂ
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressureÂ
Good personal presentation and hygieneÂ
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysÂ
Must be able to lift up to 15lbs + on a regular and continuous basis.Â
