This leadership role is ideal for someone who believes in the power of connection, consistency, and supportive structure to help young people heal and grow. Working the evening shift (3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.), you’ll help create a safe, therapeutic environment where youth feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout their recovery journey. As a Shift Lead, you’ll provide guidance to Recovery Specialists, collaborate with clinical and leadership teams, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining the structure and accountability youth need to succeed. Your leadership will help shape a culture where both youth and staff feel valued, supported, and equipped to thrive. What You'll Do... Build supportive, therapeutic relationships with youth clients Maintain structure, uphold rules, and ensure consistent consequences Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to meet client needs Oversee evening operations and documentation Supervise and provide feedback to Recovery Specialists Partner with leadership on performance evaluations and staff development Communicate with families and case workers as needed Participate in on-call rotation and maintain required training. Required Qualifications - MUST HAVES: Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field. One year of related experience This role involves travel, including transporting clients.
