DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple Dialysis units located at Skilled Nursing Facilities. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor`s degree

  • Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams; managed care and multi-site experience preferred

  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook

  • RN license and Dialysis experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience managing budget/PnL, staffing, clinical metrics and relationships with various stakeholders.
