Role Overview

As our first full-time member of the talent time, we are looking for a multi-disciplinary HR operator. A core focus of the role will be owning the end-to-end recruiting cycle, where you’ll work directly with leadership to hire key roles to help grow the company. However, you’ll support across roles and help shape our HR processes as well.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting Engine: Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle within our HRM (Ashby), from sourcing to logistics coordination through to offer.

  • Search Partnership: Act as the primary liaison with contingent search firms; identify the right partners and manage the relationship to keep pipelines moving

  • Process Management: Maintain accurate data and workflows, track progress, schedule and coordinate interviews, and help shape the processes required to support a seamless, high-volume hiring process

  • Candidate experience: own end-to-end communications, maintaining a high-touch, "white glove" experience for all candidates in the funnel

  • People Operations: Support HR administrative tasks including documentation and employee record-keeping

  • Strategic Foundations: Partner with the leadership to design and implement first-principles people systems that can scale and grow with us

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in a People Operations, HR Generalist, or Recruiting Coordinator role; a plus if within a fast-paced, venture-backed startup.

  • HRIS/ATS Mastery: Proven experience managing data and workflows in modern systems like Ashby or Rippling.

  • Exceptional Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex interview scheduling and multiple external search firm relationships simultaneously.

  • Discretion & Empathy: Ability to handle sensitive employee and candidate data or issues with high levels of confidentiality and care.

  • Communication: Polished, professional verbal and written communications

  • "Doer" Mentality: You are an operator who enjoys the tactical execution of running a hiring funnel while being able to think critically about how to improve the process.

  • Robotics/AI Interest: While you don’t need to be an engineer, you should be excited about the mission of building general-purpose manipulation and foundation models. Experience in hiring for technical roles (e.g., robotics, AI) is a plus.

  • Education: B.S. in human resources, business administration, communications, organizational development, or other related field.
