This is an advanced CDL role requiring winch operation, heavy equipment handling, and a strong commitment to safety and accountability. Routes are local — home every night. Key Responsibilities Safely operate CDL Class A winch trucks and tractor-trailers Transport, secure, load, and position oilfield equipment and materials Operate hydraulic winch systems in accordance with safety procedures Exercise sound judgment when evaluating load weight, terrain, weather, and site conditions Complete accurate Driver E-Logs, inspections, and required documentation Report equipment issues, safety concerns, incidents, or near-misses immediately Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies Work collaboratively with dispatch and field personnel while maintaining personal responsibility for safe operations Schedule Hours: 40+ per week Schedule: Must be available to work any day of the week  Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate Minimum 1 year CDL driving experience Winch truck or heavy equipment hauling experience strongly preferred Manual transmission (10-speed) experience if applicable Clean driving record (no major violations; limited preventable accidents) Ability to pass pre-employment and random DOT drug & alcohol testing Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions Must follow instructions, safety rules, and company policies at all times Working Conditions  Work is performed in outdoor oilfield and yard environments with exposure to heat, cold, wind, rain, snow, mud, dust, and uneven terrain. Regular exposure to moving equipment, suspended loads, pinch points, and high-tension winch lines. Position requires extended periods of standing, walking, climbing, bending, and reaching, including climbing on and off trucks and equipment. Frequent manual handling of heavy equipment, including chains, binders, straps, rigging, and winch lines. Work schedules may include early mornings, extended hours, weekends, and variable shifts based on operational needs. Job sites may involve high noise levels, diesel fumes, and other environmental factors typical of oilfield operations. Requires sustained situational awareness and decision-making in dynamic, high-risk work environments. Compliance with PPE requirements (hard hat, gloves, FR clothing, safety boots, eye and hearing protection) is mandatory at all times. Ability to safely perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation, consistent with business necessity and safety requirements. Â
