Cambridge Eye Associates located @ 120 1st Ave E, Cambridge, MN 55008 is looking for a full time Optician to join our team!

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our optical team as an Optician I—no experience required, just a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn!

We provide a guaranteed hourly rate anywhere from $15 - 19/hour. Have optical experience? More incentive and income potential! PLUS Benefits including: medical, vision, dental, PTO, paid holidays, 401k + match & so much more!

Schedule: NO WEEKENDS with some flexibility! 

• Monday 10:00am-7:00pm
• Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Wednesday (could be day off or could work 1/2 day)
• Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help patients select eyewear that fits their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
• Offer honest, thoughtful advice on frames and lenses to ensure satisfaction
• Meet sales goals while delivering personalized, high-quality service
• Maintain and organize eyewear inventory for a fresh and exciting selection
• Perform adjustments and minor repairs to ensure comfort and fit
• Collaborate with doctors to clarify prescriptions and support patient care

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–3 years of experience (optical experience is great, but not required—we’ll train you!)
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
• A coachable mindset and eagerness to grow in the optical field
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and office priorities
• Professional phone etiquette and a warm, approachable personality
