Job Description: 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Facilties Manager (Maintenance Supervisor) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service through planned inspections, effective supervision of maintenance staff, and efficient management of tools and equipment. This individual should be competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality assurance and service level satisfaction based on user surveys.
  • Maintain, evaluate, and manage tools and equipment, ensuring they are in proper working order and addressing any need for replacement or additional tools.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule multiple employees to ensure timely and budget-compliant task completion.
  • Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and daily activity reports.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Analyze trends, utilize data, and proactively address client environment issues, leveraging data and analytics in decision-making and communication.
  • Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies, reporting needs to supervisors.
  • Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 9 years prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • Ability to work independently under regular direction and guidance on non-routine tasks requiring judgement and initiative.
  • Experience in planning maintenance operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of SAP’s CMMS System is a plus

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $105,000 - $161,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
