This role is ideal for a strategic litigator who understands complex financial evidence, forensic accounting issues, and high-stakes commercial disputes involving misrepresentation of company value, asset inflation, earnings manipulation, or fraudulent financial reporting.

About the Role

You will represent clients in sophisticated commercial disputes involving:

  • Business valuation litigation
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Buy-sell agreement conflicts
  • Fraudulent financial reporting claims
  • Valuation misrepresentation and securities-related disputes
  • Forensic accounting and expert-driven litigation

Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
  • Managing complex discovery and financial document analysis
  • Working closely with valuation experts and forensic accountants
  • Conducting depositions of financial officers and expert witnesses
  • Preparing cases for arbitration or trial
  • Negotiating high-value settlements where appropriate
