As such, we are seeking an Education Administration Officer to provide a range of administrative and operational support to Academic and Teaching staff to meet the educational (teaching and curriculum) support needs of the Faculty.

They will provide education support services in line with academic requirements and the overall timetable for the work area for all cohorts within the Sydney Dental School and its stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Liaise with and establish effective working relationships with key staff to ensure that the work areas education support, learning, curriculum and teaching priorities and needs are effectively met
  • Support the compilation of academic content and materials prepared by Academic and Teaching staff for printed publication and uploading to Canvas/online systems
  • Support the processes for teaching activities, including unit of study outline publication, assessments, examinations, special consideration, results processing, and professional body registrations.

  • excellent time and workload management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve required outcomes
  • computer skills, including database maintenance, experience with Microsoft Officer (in particular Excel) together with experience operating with large, corporate-level database and information systems.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site a minimum of four days per week, supporting a highly collaborative, in-person team environment

You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.
