Job Description:

 

Join our Camden Product Management Team where you’ll have the opportunity to lead high-impact, complex product initiatives that are important to L3Harris Technologies, Inc.’s success. In this role, you’ll work across cross-functional teams, influence outcomes, and partner closely with leadership and executive stakeholders on high-visibility priorities. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to drive strategic goals, make a meaningful impact, and grow in a highly collaborative environment.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority to achieve business objectives

  • Experience managing large, complex product initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction

  • Experience in communicating with leadership and executive leadership regarding matters of importance to the product

  • Experience in implementing strategic goals established by leadership

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to obtain a US security clearance

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

 

  • Knowledge of Maestro and Experience

  • GMLRS and PAC-3 Experience

  • Experience in DoW Contract Execution

  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing (Green Belt Certified)
