Short Description
The Oncology Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy review of oncology/related medication therapy regimens for accuracy of dosing to ensure optimal safe and cost effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with specialty physicians and research teams.Experience Required
- 3-5 years required
- Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience)
- PGY1 preferred or BCOP ( or equivalent clinically relevant oncology experience)
Education Requirements
- Doctorate Degree Required
License/Certification Requirements
- New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure).
Special Requirements
- New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months)
- PGY-1 (or clinically relevant experience) preferred
- Oncology Board Certification (or eligible within 2 years)
- Oncology Board Certification (or eligible within 2 years)
