Short Description
Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders. Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment, and clinical programs.ÂExperience Required
- 3-5 years required
- Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience)
- PGY1 preferred or BCOP ( or equivalent clinically relevant oncology experience)
Education Requirements
- Doctorate Degree Required
License/Certification Requirements
- New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure).
Special Requirements
- New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months)
- PGY-1 (or clinically relevant experience) preferred
- Oncology Board Certification (or eligible within 2 years)
- Oncology Board Certification (or eligible within 2 years)
