PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
路 Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner聽
路聽Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls聽
路聽Maintain a tidy and organized reception area聽
路聽Open and close gates or provide access to visitors as needed聽
路聽Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries聽
路聽Prepare and process outgoing mail and packages聽
路聽Provide basic information to visitors and callers regarding the organization聽
路聽Maintain visitor logs and issue badges if required聽
路聽Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling聽
路 Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
QUALIFICATIONS
路聽High school diploma or equivalent聽
路聽Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred聽
路聽Strong verbal and written communication skills聽
路聽Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems)聽
路聽Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively聽
路聽Professional appearance and attitude聽
路 Strong organizational and time management skills
