Job Description

As a Security Officer Access Control in Bearden, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, managing visitor access, and conducting routine patrols. Your visible presence will help deter incidents while you provide professional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting entries and exits in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and shift documentation related to visitor activity, deliveries, access events, and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
