Job Description

As a Security Officer Digital Visitor Registration in Camden, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a food and beverage location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control, issue badges, and support a professional, secure environment. Your customer service and communication skills will help create a positive experience while assisting with security-related procedures. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk of a food and beverage location by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Monitor visitor access, issue visitor credentials as directed, maintain accurate entry records, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Answer and route incoming calls, receive deliveries, and provide clear directions and assistance to guests in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and notification procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report unusual or suspicious circumstances to Allied Universal leadership and/or site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
