Job Description

As a Security Officer Entry Control in Bearden, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location where you will help manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and conduct routine patrols while remaining visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This role calls for strong customer service and communication, supported by a team that is agile, reliable, and innovative, with a caring culture that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $14.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit activity at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Monitor doors, gates, and/or screening points to help support authorized access, document visitor activity, and report suspicious or unauthorized attempts to enter restricted areas.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, production areas, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter, with awareness that working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Complete required logs and incident reports, follow Allied Universal and site-specific policies, and support security-related emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
