Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Facilities Organization at the Camden, AR facility. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including assisting with the preparation of the annual capital investment plan, analyzing capital expenditure requests, and supporting business case analysis. The Senior Associate will also be responsible for obtaining required approvals, forecasting capital expenditures, and compiling and reviewing financial reports and metrics.

Essential Functions:

Ā 

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual capital investment plan.
  • Analyze capital expenditure requests and support business case analysis.
  • Support the process of obtaining required approvals.
  • Forecast capital expenditures requests and compile progress reports and metrics.
  • Oversee revisions to related Capital Request policies and procedures.
  • Aid in maintaining compliance and interface with internal and external audit organizations.
  • Maintain databases of expenditures, authorizations, and purchase orders.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • This position will be in-office, in Camden, Arkansas.
  • Candidates may be required to work overtime as needed to meet time sensitive objectives

Qualifications:

Ā 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related facilities experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related facilities experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related facilities experience.Ā 

Ā 

Preferred Additional Skills:

Ā 

  • Experence with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal, written and communications skills.
  • Project planning and forecasting.
  • Knowledge and practical application of Maestro, Power BI Ā and SAP-ARIBA tools.
