How you will make history here…

Join the team behind two of the biggest Italian Sauce Brands in the Category -  Rao's Homemade, a fast-growing premium brand rooted in tradition and renowned for its uncompromising quality & Prego, an established mainstream brand with incredible brand recognition and heritage.  We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Senior Brand Analyst to help accelerate growth across our Italian Sauce portfolio in the fastest-growing channel of e-commerce.

In this highly visible role, you will be at the center of our omni-channel growth strategy—leveraging data, insights, and cross-functional partnerships to optimize marketing investments, drive consumer engagement and conversion. You'll help shape how we invest across retail media, ecommerce, and digital marketing while identifying opportunities to improve ROI and strengthen the consumer experience.

As AI continues to transform consumer engagement, this role will help pioneer how our brands leverage generative AI and predictive analytics to create smarter, more personalized consumer experiences.

What you will do…

  • Lead reporting and analysis of omni-channel and ecommerce marketing investments, tracking performance against key business objectives and growth priorities.

  • Develop actionable recommendations to optimize marketing spend by evaluating campaign effectiveness, return on investment, and overall business impact.

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards that provide clear visibility into omni-channel marketing performance for senior leadership.

  • Partner closely with the Consumer Experience team to develop strategies leveraging the rapid expansion of AI-capabilities that increase recipe discovery, engagement, and adoption across the Rao's and Prego portfolios.

  • Translate consumer, shopper, retailer, and digital performance data into insights that inform brand and channel strategies.

  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, and agency partners to support annual planning, investment decisions, and business reviews.

  • Monitor category, competitive, and ecommerce trends to identify emerging opportunities and recommend actions that accelerate growth.

  • Own the Italian Category Marketing Budget; acting as the critical owner of key budget execution and changes throughout the year, ensuring accuracy and timely optimization.

Who you will work with…

As part of the Italian Sauce marketing team, you'll work on two of the category's most recognizable brands while helping shape the future of omni-channel marketing capabilities. You'll have significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence investment decisions that directly impact business growth.

Working across Brand Marketing, Consumer Experience, Ecommerce, and Data & Analytics, you'll identify opportunities to use AI to improve recipe discovery, optimize content, measure performance, and accelerate omni-channel growth.

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in brand management, omni-channel,  performance marketing analytics or a related CPG function.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear business recommendations.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience building compelling business presentations.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

  • A proactive, curious mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for solving business problems through data.

It would be great if you have… (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in the food or beverage industry.

  • Experience with Circana, NielsenIQ, Numerator, Profitero, Stackline, or other retail and ecommerce analytics platforms.
