The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team and ensures a positive, efficient experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining accurate recruiting data, and supporting the execution of talent acquisition processes and initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and members of the Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and schedules interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, including managing calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Prepares and distributes interview schedules, candidate information, and other materials needed for the interview process.
- Maintains accurate and timely candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring recruiting data is complete and up to date.
- Supports the creation, posting, and maintenance of job requisitions and job postings across internal and external career sites.
- Assists recruiters and hiring managers with the movement of candidates through the recruiting process, including interviews, assessments, offers, and pre-employment activities.
- Coordinates background checks, drug screens, employment verifications, and other pre- employment requirements as applicable.
- Prepares offer documentation and coordinate the offer process in partnership with recruiters and HR.
- Monitors open requisitions and provide regular updates on recruiting activity, candidate status, and outstanding actions.
- Assists with onboarding coordination and ensure required information is transferred accurately to the appropriate HR and payroll systems.
- Supports recruiting events, career fairs, college recruiting activities, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Prepares recruiting reports and assist with tracking key Talent Acquisition metrics, including requisition activity, time-to-fill, candidate flow, and offer activity.
- Maintains confidentiality of candidate and employee information and ensures recruiting practices are consistent with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Identifies opportunities to improve recruiting processes, systems, communications, and the overall candidate experience.
- Provides general administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Qualifications
Required Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, recruiting coordination, or a related administrative role.

Required Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Skills and Abilities:Â
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System iCIMS and HRIS SuccessFactors.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
