On Call Paramedic

LifeStar Response is seeking qualified, dependable Delaware Paramedics for on-call overnight and weekend positions.

Compensation

• Flat stipend/pay amount for on-call availability.
• Hourly rate paid for all hours worked when called in for service.
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus ($1250 every 500 hours worked)

Qualifications

• Current Delaware Paramedic certification/licensure as required by state regulations (Dual Maryland preferred).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to respond promptly when activated.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills.
• Knowledge of Traumasoft a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prehospital emergency medical care and transportation services.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Ensure readiness of equipment and vehicles.
