Direct Hire MRI Technologists Role $44.66 to $51.84 per hour in Stratford, New Jersey

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operates MRI scanners to produce detailed internal images of the body, to be used by radiologists and other physicians for diagnosis and treatment
  • Maintains critical positioning of the patient and equipment during flow of the contrast media to ensure safety of the patient and success of examination results.
  • Monitor patients during the scan and ensure patient and equipment safety, including magnetic field safety protocols.
  • Maintains MRI equipment by performing scheduled cleaning, testing and documenting results; notifies supervision of malfunctioning equipment.
  • Performs other related technologist duties as directed by the lead technologist, supervisor, or manager, including those related to quality assurance and/or control.

Key Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in MRI or radiologic technology
  • Certification as an MRI Technologist from the ARRT or ARMRIT
  • License as required by state
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation and Schedule:
  • Pay rates begin at $44.66 but can be significantly higher based on years of working experience
