Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components to create finished units or subassemblies according to specifications.
- Operate hand tools, small power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow detailed written instructions, diagrams, and verbal directions to complete tasks.
- Inspect completed assemblies to verify quality, accuracy, and functionality.
- Reassemble, repair, or adjust units when defects or issues are identified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Report material shortages, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervision.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and production procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant training or hands-on assembly experience.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow precise written and verbal instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, move, or position materials up to 40 lbs as needed.
- Repetitive hand and wrist movements.
- Ability to work in various positions including bending, reaching, or leaning.
Compensation Information:
$18.40 - $19.00/hr
