Our therapy team with LP Therapy at Legacy Nursing and Rehabilitation of Cameron is growing, and we're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join us. This is not a replacement position, our team is fully staffed and thriving! We're expanding to meet patient demand and provide the highest quality of care to our residents. New graduates are encouraged to apply, mentorship and hands on support are built into how we onboard every new team member. You'll work alongside experienced therapists across physical, occupational, and speech disciplines in a supportive clinical culture.

Responsibilities: carry out established plans of care; administer therapeutic exercises and modalities; assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and daily living activities; monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist; fit and train patients on assistive devices; complete timely and accurate Medicare and facility documentation; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; support patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and productivity standards.

Qualifications: Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant; current state PTA license; knowledge of Medicare documentation requirements; strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Work Environment: LTC facility; physical demands consistent with therapy services, including lifting and mobility assistance.
