This position is open to current non-union team members at the Camilla Complex only. Team members interested in transferring from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner
This is a non-union position. Only non-union hourly team members are eligible to apply. Union team members are not eligible to transfer into this role due to its non-union status.
Must have fewer than 10 attendance points at the time of applying
Must not have any final written warnings or suspensions within the last 12 months
1 year of experience in a lead, trainer, or supervisory capacity is required, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
