POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and administering physical therapy treatment programs designed to improve function, reduce pain, prevent disabilities, and promote the overall health and well-being of our patients.


***This position will work at our Good Hope Physical Therapy Office. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provides skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with the physician’s orders.
  • Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, treatment plan and creates goals for the patient according to their evaluation.
  • Maintains a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
  • Maintains patient records confidentially in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Complies with the Pennsylvania State Physical Therapy Act, codes, and regulations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Current Pennsylvania Physical therapy license or license eligible.
  • Outpatient experience preferred, not required.
  • CPR certification is required.

Clinic Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday, 7:00AM-7:00PM
  • Friday, 7:00AM-6:00PM
  • Saturday, 8:00AM-12:00PM
