Job DetailsJob Location: 555 W MIDDLE VERDE RD - CAMP VERDE, AZ 86322Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: NoneSalary Range: $16.00Job Shift: AnyJob Category: Restaurant - Food ServicePOSITION SUMMARY: Provide excellent service to guests in deli-style food and beverage venue to include ready-to-eat food options, snacks, quick-prep food, ready-to-serve beverages, specialty made-to-order beverages. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to: Greet guests, take food/drink orders, prepare and deliver orders to CCCH specifications and standards. Operate all food and drink equipment correctly and safely. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of venue including tables, chairs, floors, counters, and food preparation areas. Maintain appropriate inventory items (paper, plastic, food, ice, condiments, etc.). Adhere to all food, alcohol, health, safety, and CCCH policies and procedures. Process accurate payment transactions, issue correct change, maintain accurate records. Perform other tasks as may be assigned. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation. Required Education: N/A  Preferred Education: HS DIPLOMA Work Experience: Minimum of 3 months’ experience in the food industry required.  Barista experience, preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be able to speak, read, write fluently in English. Must possess excellent customer service skills and present a professional and personable demeanor. Must be able to maintain composure in fast-paced, multi-task environment. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements: Required to have or obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications. Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License. Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures. Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
