ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to: Wash all dishes and cookware. Clean floors and walls. Remove trash from kitchen in a timely manner Assist in all aspects of cleaning and sanitation as instructed by Sous Chef and department Leadership. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
