We are looking for: Client Service Representative (CSR) Â

Schedule: (Tuesday- Saturday) Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 530p-2a; Wednesday, Thursday 5p-130a
Compensation:Â This position has an initial hiring range of $21.00 to $27.00 per hour based on skillset and experience.Â
We support our evening caregivers with lucrative shift differentials:Â
-Hours worked between 8pm-11:59pm = base pay +$4/hour
-Hours worked between 12am-8am = base pay +$6/hour
-Hours worked on Saturday and Sunday (day or night) = base pay + $3/hour + any applicable differentials.Â
Our Client Service Representatives have the first interaction with our clients providing superior service to ensure client interactions are facilitated smoothly, compassionately and effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medical records and financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must always maintain a compassionate yet professional composure.   Â

- Greet and check-in clientsÂ
- Answer telephones and transfer callsÂ
- Escort clients and their pets to exam roomsÂ
- Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondenceÂ
- Discuss payment options and process paymentsÂ
- Maintain a neat and clean lobbyÂ

- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Excellent client service skills and phone etiquetteÂ

- Previous experience in veterinary setting (preferred)Â
