Position Summary

K2 Solutions is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Support Lead to oversee the development, implementation, and management of virtual training environments supporting Special Operations mission command exercises. This position leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for terrain development, scenario creation, multimedia production, and simulation support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead Modeling and Simulation operations.
• Supervise modeling and simulation personnel.
• Manage virtual training environment development.
• Coordinate terrain creation activities.
• Oversee multimedia production.
• Develop simulation project schedules.
• Ensure simulation products meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with government exercise planners.
• Maintain quality assurance standards.
• Support exercise execution and technical troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Extensive knowledge of Army Modeling and Simulation concepts.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and terrain development software.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting virtual and constructive simulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading media development teams.
• Advanced terrain modeling experience.
• Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVCG) experience.
