 PAI/SM Analyst and Content Developer

Position Summary

K2 Solutions is seeking a highly skilled PAI/SM Analyst and Content Developer to support Special Operations training by integrating Publicly Available Information (PAI), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), and social media analysis into Mission Command Exercises. This position develops realistic operational content, research products, and instructional materials that enhance training realism and decision-making.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct OSINT and PAI research.
  • Analyze publicly available information to support operational scenarios.
  • Develop social media content for training environments.
  • Produce realistic information environment injects.
  • Create multimedia instructional products.
  • Support exercise planning and execution.
  • Develop training modules and lesson materials.
  • Integrate emerging technologies into operational scenarios.
  • Coordinate with exercise planners and intelligence personnel.
  • Maintain research databases and content repositories.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or qualifying military experience.
  • Graduate of an advanced military leadership course.
  • Expert knowledge of OSINT and PAI collection techniques.
  • Experience using digital platforms for operational analysis.
  • Experience developing instructional materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe Dreamweaver experience.
  • Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX) experience.
