This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys flexibility, variety, and the chance to have a meaningful impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide crisis intervention and clinical coverage when situations require it
  • Connect clients and families with vital community resources and services
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and clinical supervisors to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality care
  • Strengthening relationships with referral sources, community partners, and other stakeholders
  • Lead or contribute to outreach, education, and marketing efforts that promote Amethyst’s programs

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
  • At least one year of post-graduate counseling experience
  • Bilingual/Spanish fluency is a PLUS
  • A flexible, adaptable mindset — you see change as an opportunity for growth
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment, especially in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • A confident communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills — able to connect effectively with clients, families, colleagues, and community partners
  • Interpersonal skills that foster mutual trust, respect, and collaboration
  • Self-motivation and initiative; you take ownership of your work and follow through
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
  • Comfort providing services in the community (must have reliable transportation)
  • Experience supporting youth and families from diverse backgrounds
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships across the community

What We Offer:
Amethyst provides a competitive benefits package that includes:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Life insurance and disability insurance
  • 401(k) plan
  • Personal time off (PTO)
  • Paid birthday
  • Paid approved trainings and ongoing development
  • Discretionary bonuses
  • Travel and mileage reimbursement in line with our policies
