As our footprint continues to grow, we’re looking for a Constructability Manager who wants to be deeply involved where projects are shaped, risks are solved early, and smart planning sets crews up for success in the field. This is a high-impact role at the early stages of how complex transmission and infrastructure projects come together, with a direct impact on project success, safety, and profitability — all before the first piece of equipment ever hits the site. Essential Functions Review projects before execution to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities Analyze drawings and scopes to make sure everything aligns before work begins Build detailed project schedules and timelines that crews can actually execute Track drawings, scopes, start dates, and master schedules across multiple projects Conduct pre-project site visits to understand real-world conditions (access, hazards, logistics) Coordinate material deliveries and lead times to minimize field impact Develop constructability reports, outage plans, and access plans for internal and external stakeholders Compile manpower and equipment breakdowns to support accurate estimating Collect, interpret, and utilize high-level data to inform decision making and impact outcomes  QualificationsExperience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent field experience 5+ years of experience in utility or heavy civil construction Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and project documentation Comfortable working with schedules, data, and technology (computer/tablet-based workflows) Confident communicator who can coordinate with internal teams and external partners Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
