Career advancement State-of-the-Art Facility  Team-Oriented Culture   Responsibilities: Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs professionally and courteously Provide clear and accurate service recommendations and cost estimates Ensure time management and a high quality of work Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring efficient communication Maintain detailed records of service history and customer interactions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-ups and problem resolution INDSJBR   QualificationsAutomotive Service Advisor – Qualifications Minimum of 1 year as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant experience preferred  Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction Organized and friendly personality Exceptional communication skills with your customers Professional personal appearance Team oriented and self-motivated Able to work with little supervision Clean driving record Must have a high school diploma or GED A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization Personal and professional integrity   All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.  The company is an equal opportunity employer.
