Ontario County is seeking applicants for a full-time Technical Specialist (Information Systems) position.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in computer information systems or related field, or an Associate's Degree with two years of related experience, or a high school diploma with four years of experience.
The position offers a salary of $34.59 per hour.

Ontario County is currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Technical Specialist (Information Systems) position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EITHER:

Possession of a Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in computer information systems or related field; OR
Possession of an Associate's Degree in computer information systems or related field AND two (2) years of full-time paid experience, or its part-time equivalent, in computer operations, technical support or system development; OR
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma AND four (4) years of experience as described above in (2) above; OR
An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined in (1), (2), and (3) above.

2026 Salary: $34.59/hr. with comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, paid leave, 3% match to deferred compensation, full health and dental insurance, wellness program, EAP, professional development training, and NYS Retirement pension.
