Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Providing fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff. Greets and welcomes each guest entering restaurant.
• Seating guests in restaurant as per specified rotation requirements.
• Maintaining proper seating and reservation documentation.
• Monitoring restaurant for table availability.
• Keeping designated working area clean and organized, wipes and assists in maintaining cleanliness of dining room, including cashiering area, as necessary or required, in accordance with established health and safety standards.
• Assisting servers and bussers in their duties (e.g., refill water glasses and coffee cups, helps pre-bus and bus tables, attend to guest needs) as necessary, or required.
• Completing all assigned closing duties at end of shift.
• Knowing and promoting current events and programs and can give guests directions to all areas.
• Thanking customers, inviting them back, wishing them luck and making it easy for them to get back in play.
