Program Rotations & Responsibilities:

The program consists of several rotational phases, each generally lasting approximately 9–12 months, though timing and assignments may shift based on business needs. Rotations are designed to be enriching, challenging, and aligned with both your development and the needs of our customers.

Phase 1 – Customer Experience: Support our customers directly. Answer product questions, process orders, resolve issues, and learn the technical side of our signage products. You’ll build a customer-centric mindset and start contributing to sales through proactive solutions.

Phase 2 – Business Rotations: Develop deeper business acumen through rotations that strengthen your understanding of how Gemini brings products to market and supports customers.

Potential Rotations:

  • Inside Sales or Account Management
  • Product Management
  • Marketing
  • Cross‑functional business projects
  • Leadership

Specific placements will be determined by business priorities and your development path.

Phase 3 – Leadership/Strategic Assignment:

Your final rotation will deepen your experience in another part of the business or place you in a more advanced, strategic assignment. This may include project leadership, supporting a product launch, improving customer processes, or contributing to broader business initiatives.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants may transition into a longer‑term role. Placement is based on performance, business needs, and available opportunities—there is no guarantee of assignment to a specific department or role.

This is a competitive program, and continued progression is based on performance and readiness.
