Join our McDonald’s team! We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and a variety of tasks each day at our 3 Washington locations.

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and take pride in keeping the restaurant running at its best.

✅ 30- 35 hours/week (opportunity to grow to full-time)

✅ $17–$21/hour starting rate based on experience (more if you carry certifications)

✅ 90-day review with salary bump

What you’ll do:

· Perform routine maintenance and small repairs

· Troubleshoot basic plumbing and electrical systems

· Assist with troubleshooting and replacing technology components (POS systems, screens, etc.)

· Use equipment like power washers, drain snakes and hand tools

· Identify, prioritize, and complete maintenance tasks independently

What we’re looking for:

· Mechanically inclined with basic repair knowledge

· Comfortable learning and handling basic technology systems

· Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

· Able to work independently and stay organized

· Motivated to learn and grow
