Our client is seeking dedicatedĀ Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)Ā to join their growing team. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans that help clients achieve developmental and behavioral goals while providing leadership and support to clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
  • Create new programs and make ongoing adjustments to existing ones as needed.
  • Collaborate with the treatment teamincluding directors, parents, and support networksto review progress and outcomes.
  • Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to clinicians and therapists, ensuring adherence to policies and best practices.
  • Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, and authorizations.
  • Maintain a caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory responsibilities.
  • BCBA certificationĀ or a Masters degree with completion of ABA coursework. Entry level ok.Ā 
  • Solid knowledge ofĀ Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Ā andĀ Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
  • Valid drivers license and reliable, insured transportation.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
  • Ability to manage higher-level administrative and supervisory functions when required.
