About the Role:

Royal Divine Services LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Worker (DCW) to join our growing team in Canton, MI. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need daily support and assistance. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to individual care plans
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
Monitor and document client health, behavior, and daily activities
Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Direct Care Worker, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a client-first attitude
Ability to follow individualized care plans and document accurately
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
