  • Provide leadership guidance, performance feedback, goal alignment, and development opportunities while supporting succession planning and internal career growth.
  • Champion a consistent, high-quality member experience across all branch locations.
  • Use member feedback, service metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
  • Support regional efforts to grow membership, deepen relationships, and increase product adoption.
  • Partner with Marketing, Lending, Business Development, and other teams on regional growth initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent execution of branch procedures, controls, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor operational risk, audit readiness, and compliance while partnering with branch leaders to address gaps and implement corrective actions.

  • Analyze trends, identify performance opportunities, and develop action plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Support budgeting, staffing models, resource allocation, and expense management across the region.
  • Lead change initiatives related to new products, systems, processes, and organizational changes, including mergers.
  • Serve as a key connection between branch teams and executive leadership, translating organizational priorities into regional execution.
  • Represent the Credit Union in community, industry, and leadership forums as appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of branch or retail financial services experience.
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing managers or multiple locations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Credit union experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of branch operations, compliance, risk management, and financial performance.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop leaders and high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and performance management skills with the ability to turn data into action.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, relationship-building, and change management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution.
  • Ability to travel regularly, up to five days per week, for branch visits and community events.
