Superior Dairy is looking to expand our team with an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer, where you will be responsible to troubleshoot and repair production and process equipment. To be successful in this role you should feel comfortable working independently as well as have effective interdepartmental communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot machines through PLC code (Primarily Rockwell / Allen Bradley). 
  • Troubleshoot machines using electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
  • Assist maintenance team in repairs when necessary.
  • Get to know the operators and supervisors' needs in order to continually improve existing systems.
  • Assist maintenance supervisor in leading the maintenance team when necessary.
  • Assist engineering as needed with any project work required to be done on third shift.
  • Pass down any outstanding issues with day shift maintenance and engineering. 

Experience:

  • Relevant: 2-5 years (Preferred)
  • PLC: 2-5 years (Preferred)
