Flower Shop Lead - Full-Time

1. FLOWER SHOP LEAD: Hourly Lead Person working in the Floral Department and responsible for the supervision of its day-to-day operation.  This person's primary duties include employee relations, orientation and training, scheduling, ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, plant care, record keeping, inventory [Back stock Control], seasonal promotions, pricing, F.T.D., deliveries, housekeeping, suggestive selling, understands profit structure (SPLH,GP%,Shrink), contributes to profitable operation, and customer relations on the sales floor.  Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned.
   
   1.AVAILABLE TO WORK ANTICIPATED WORK SCHEDULE:  35+ Hours, Store Hours, 1-2 Evenings until Close, Weekend Rotation.
    
   2. PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:  Demonstrated leadership ability and F.T.D. minimum - 12 months design experience required.
    
   3. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  Much bending, stooping, carrying, etc.; repetitive lifting to 30#; occasional lifting to 50#.
