Job DetailsJob Location: Canton Office - Canton, OH 44718Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 HourlyJoin Our Team! Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping spaces safe, comfortable, and running smoothly? We’re looking for a Property Service Specialist to help maintain and improve our properties while supporting a positive environment for those we serve and our team members. What You’ll Do Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and painting Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep buildings and equipment in top condition Monitor safety systems and ensure operational effectiveness Coordinate and assist with larger projects and home improvements Schedule and attend inspections (fire, water, septic, HVAC) Maintain tools, supplies, and inventory Support move-out inspections and property evaluations Build strong working relationships with staff, vendors, and community partners Help maintain organized supply and storage areas Participate in safety initiatives and serve on safety-related committees QualificationsWhat You Bring High School Diploma or GED At least 2 years of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) At least 2 years of supervisory experience Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities Strong attention to detail and safety Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Physical Requirements Lift up to 75 lbs Use tools, climb ladders, and inspect areas such as roofs Bend, twist, push, pull, and walk/stand for extended periods Travel between sites and operate a vehicle in various weather conditions Why You’ll Love It Here Meaningful work that makes a difference Supportive team environment Opportunities to contribute to safety and improvement initiatives Variety in daily tasks—no two days are the same!
