I. University Overview

III. Job Summary
- Student workers will support the Advancement staff in daily operations of the department including but not limited to providing clerical, data entry and media support for current projects.
IV. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Database entries and maintenance utilizing proprietary software
- Assisting with clerical needs such as mailings, document scanning & shredding; filing; front desk reception
- Interoffice campus errands as needed
- Assisting with social media
- Assisting with marketing and media projects
- Working with staff at Advancement events
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
V. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google products; high attention to detail; good communication skills; exhibit office professionalism; work well in a team environment
VI. Working Conditions / Physical Demands
- Work schedule will be based on the student's schedule, not to exceed 8 hours per week. In addition, students will maintain confidentiality per the student worker expectations document.
